Sabo

When the reporter Eduardo Castillo (Ángel Vázquez) begins to lose his "qualification" he delves into a strange event than occurred in the cursed mountain of Sabó and six young lovers of paranormal phenomena have been brutally murdered. Through his television program Mysteries on the Island, he tries to decipher the truth behind a mysterious urban legend using the video tapes recorded by the young people during their dying journey. The search for truth involves entering the mysterious world of paranormal events and the rationality of the legal world. With influences from the "Real TV" genre, Sabó is a load of suspense and mental tension from start to finish.

Director Biography - Alex Matos (Alex Vélez)

Alex Matos (Alex Vélez) was born in New York and raised in Puerto Rico. Sabó is his first project, of three additional films that he has written.

In 2002 Alex Matos (Alex Vélez), along with a group of friends and actors decided to bring the Sabó project to life; which was completely filmed in Puerto Rico with actors from the island.

Sabó sends a message of social criticism to the fake new press that is capable of anything for rating.
