Saawan Singh is an award-winning Indian writer, director and actor whose films have screened at festivals around the world, including Dada Saheb Phalke Film Festival 2020. His film, “MIARA", has released at Metro Inox Cinema, Mumbai, the city of Indian Film Industry. His film, “Drugged Escape", won him 'Best Actor' and ‘Outstanding Achievement Award' at the Calcutta International Cult Film Festival.

Apart from independent short film projects, Saawan Singh made his commercial directorial debut at the age 25 with TV Ad Films along with Hindi Film directors Sheershak Anand and Shantanu Ray Chhibber.

The multi-faceted Saawan wears many caps with ease. Besides being a director he is also a singer, dancer, actor, a big Govinda Fan and a full time Software Engineer. In addition to personal success and accomplishment, Saawan Singh continues to encourage many new and young artists to showcase their talent.
