Madison Nazon-Payoute is a high school student with a passion for comedy and filmmaking. If I'm not making films and practicing my skills in school, I'm brainstorming new concepts and stories to explore a display on the screen throughout everyday life. I hope to pursue a career in film in the future.

Director Statement

SUGAR RUSH was supposed to be a comedy ASMR video, but I felt limited in how I could tell the story and decided to go full on comedy. This was also an assignment submission for my film class at school, but I also decided to put it into this festival. Despite these changes, they all made me more proud of the finished product. Making this film has given me more practice and ideas for my next project. I hope you enjoy!
