A toilet bowl is thrown out of a car -Could it be a trivial act ? Not really as the gesture is reapeted following the first wild garbage dump in nature.
Unauthorized deposits of waste are a source of soil, water and air pollution and degradation of landscapes. They represent a threat in terms of the risk of fire, injury, intoxication and cause visual and odor nuisance.
