Steven C. Martin is a creative person and has been since his youth. He has written a SIX-time award-winning teleplay (The Paperboy Chronicles television series) & an award-nominated screenplay (No Place I'd Rather Be).
He has also written and illustrated a children's evangelical picture book written in honor of his Mother-In-Law, "Mrs. Gail and the Good News Club."
Steven is also an accomplished bass guitarist and background vocalist and has written, recorded and performed original songs onstage over the years.

Working in the Motion Picture and Television Industry, Steven has often been asked, "Whatever happened to the good ol' films and TV shows the whole family can enjoy?" It got him to thinking that THAT would be his niche': to write wholesome, faith and family-friendly scripts that would encourage families to be entertained together... again!
