The Annual SSFF – Skate & Surf Film Festival is the Italy’s largest celebration of contemporary skate and surf art and culture bringing to the boot shaped country the very best skate and surf films from around the globe – a selected line up of premieres to inspire and entertain. The festival has become a must attend for skaters and surfers from all over the peninsula.

Now in its 7th year, we’ve grown the event organically, working with some of the most exciting filmmakers from across the globe, hosting packed out premieres and audiences with some of the most inspiring names in surfing and skating.
SSFF is the original “social” experience and that is exactly what it is all about.

Awards & Prizes

Best films can win a digital distribution on all the major platforms if complies to the rules and terms. All awarded films win a trophy and price package from sponsors.

Rules & Terms

- The film that I am submitting is not about any illegal activity.

- I am completely authorized to submit this film to the festival.

- I certify that I have full rights to the use of the music in the Production.

- I give permission to the SSFF to use excerpts of up to 2 minutes of the film for promotional purposes.

- I give permission to the SSFF to screen the film at the festival, as well as at any other SSFF promotional event ,such as festival presentations.

- I certify that I have full authorization to all necessary copyrights and licenses of the models and actors.
