The Society for Photographic Education (SPE) has featured a film and video festival of innovative and provocative short documentaries, animation and fiction as part of the Annual Conference since 1995. The festival began as the SPE Women's Film and Video Festival and evolved into a festival featuring work that speaks to issues of concern to the organization’s three caucuses: the Women’s Caucus, Multicultural Caucus and the LGBTQ Caucus. Selected film will screen at the SPE Annual Conference in Philadelphia, PA on March 1 – 3, 2018 and will be streamed on-line June 2018-March 2019.
