We are looking for HORROR MOVIES and the budget of your work, higher or lower, it's not a limit for us...if you movie is good!
With SPASMO VIDEO we've distributed a lot of cult movies, extreme horror movies, weird horror movies and, above all, truly underground gems !

We don't put any limit about year of realization of your movie...we can accept a feature from 1990 until now!

There is no limit to the year of production of the feature or short that is submitted in the festival.

Regole e termini:
- Sono ben accetti film da tutto il mondo ma rigorosamente sottotitolati in inglese
- I film italiani possono essere presentati senza sottotitoli.
- Non c'è limite all'anno di produzione del lungometraggio o del cortometraggio presentato al festival.
- Ogni lavoro inviato deve essere di proprietà dell'autore e non deve violare alcuna legge sul copyright o altri diritti di terze parti.
- Tutte le informazioni e le locandine dei film delle opere che verranno presentate potranno essere utilizzate dal festival
fare promozione, per gli autori delle opere e per il festival stesso.
- Tutte le quote di iscrizione non sono rimborsabili

Rules & Terms

- We accept movies from all around the world but it's important that they will have english subtitles.
- Italian movies can be submitted without subtitles.
- There is no limit to the year of production of the feature or short that is submitted in the festival.
- Every submitted work must be property of the author and must not infringe any copyright law or any other rights of any third parties.
- All infos and movie posters of the works that will be submitted can be used by the festival
to make promotion, for the authors of the works and for the festival itself.
- All entry fees are not refundable

    I would highly recommend SPASMO Fest. I was proud my film, Maschera della Morte was accepted into SPASMO Fest 2022. Unfortunately, I could not make the trip to Italy for the festival but Alex was great and communicated everything that was needed. Looked like a fun time so bummer I couldn't make the festival in person.

    To have been selected in such a festival was a real pride and an honor for me as an independent director fan of Genre and Horror films. Thanks to SPASMO FEST, my short film THE WHISPERING CHIMERAS could be seen by spectators, which for me is the best reward, if not the most important apart from prizes. I was not able to be present during the festival but I hope that my film was appreciated there. I wish the best to the entire SPASMO FEST team and thank you again for selecting my film.
