"SLAPSTER AND THE RED LITTLE BAG"

"This story takes place in the incredible city called 'Power City'—a city with an unusual history and equally unusual inhabitants. And, as is often said in such cases, 'this city needed its own hero—young, strong, clever, and moderately romantic.' And this story is about just such a hero. An unusual resident of an unusual city."

The plot of the feature film revolves around a resident of the fictional city of "Power City" named Slapster. From childhood, he has been seriously passionate about various martial arts, such as taekwondo, boxing, judo, and fencing, and dreams of one day becoming a soldier. However, during a medical examination at the military enlistment office, he is diagnosed with a heart arrhythmia. The doctors' diagnosis sounds like a verdict to him: unfit for military service. Slap's uncle, who is confused and has lost his former hope of fulfilling his childhood dream of becoming a hero of his city, persuades him to follow in his parents' footsteps—to enroll in an institute and become an accountant.

His years at the institute turn out to be truly golden. At first, due to youthful ambition, he leaves his parental home and then throws himself into all sorts of trouble. However, time puts everything in its place, and a series of circumstances helps him reveal his best qualities. He comes to understand responsibility, empathy, kindness, and, of course, justice.

Time flies, and the wonderful years at the institute come to their logical conclusion. But the incredible story of our hero is just beginning.

Now, he stands on the threshold of the city's largest company—matured, full of determination, and carefully prepared to successfully pass the interview for the accountant position. But in an instant, all his plans are turned upside down. Right before his eyes, a thief snatches a red handbag from a girl passing by and takes off running. And as a true hero, he cannot stand idly by and rushes to help.

This very event will once again awaken in him the long-buried desire to become the hero of his city.
