"Fratelli" tells the story of two siblings, Francesco and Angela, who lost their parents in a tragic car accident when they were young. Francesco, now approaching 35, is an aspiring actor who has yet to fulfill his lifelong dream, while Angela navigates a series of tumultuous romantic relationships. Bound by their shared past and individual struggles, they lean on each other as they search for meaning, resilience, and hope in their lives.

Director Biography - Simone Esposito

Director Simone Esposito, born on August 8, 2006, in Naples, has collaborated multiple times with Italian institutions. He has trained with "Slim Dogs Production," studied Direction of Photography and Directing at the "Napoli Film Academy," and participated in workshops on Steadycam use with Matteo Cinque and Photography Direction with Francesca Amitrano. His short film A Story Of Life (2022) was selected by the Italian Cultural Institute in Washington to represent Italy at the EuroAsia Shorts 2022.
