S. D. ROSENBLOOM, an American-born Performance Artist and Writer, is a native of Chicago, Illinois, now residing in Cannes, France. A true lover of the Performance Arts, and a perpetual student, Madame Rosenbloom performs as a Stylist of Jazz, Blues, and Gospel. Trained in classical music by the leading of her mother's beautiful voice and raised in an atmosphere of music, mostly Gospel, Madame Shugga reaches a mass of patrons with her styling of songs. In addition to sharing the stage with some of America's musical greats, she has also performed with many of France's respected music greats. Currently, she is in pre-production of her ChillHop Jazz Christian Anthology project, "A Spoonful of Shugga," produced by Robert L. Baldwin, from Free your Soul Publishing. Madame Shugga has performed countless times as a Stand-up Comedian with some of America's funniest comics and danced with the great Chester Whitmore and Reginald Thornton. Madame Shugga has hosted and produced radio shows on Jazz and Gospel and is an actress on stage, in film, television, and online theater visual and radio. In addition, she has graced the screen with Samuel L. Jackson, Angela Bassett, Ice Cube, Katt Williams, Mike Epps, John Witherspoon, Arsenio Hall, Laurence Fishburne, David Schwimmer, George Clooney, Ashton Kutcher, Jennifer Aniston, Anne Hathaway, Julie Andrews, Hèctor Elizondo, Cicely Tyson, Raven-Symonè, Loretta Divine, Kevin Hart, Queen Latifah, Mariska Hargitay, and even Arnold Schwarzenegger, and the list goes on. Her humanitarian contributions have rendered awards and acclamations for her community service involvement in the USA and France. Madame Shugga's visual arts hobbies consist of sculpturing, photography, and filmmaking; she calls herself a novice, and expressions in these art mediums are her own private but shared "Picasso" of creation.
