Overall it was a good film festival that had interesting opportunities before the screening.

Overall it was a very good festival. Nice big theater, mini-red carpet, everything you would expect from a good festival. In addition to the films, (in the year I attended) there was also a demo of a VR short film and a presentation from guest speaker Michael Apted, director of the Up documentary series. So there's some additional value there. I was not disappointed with this festival at all, and submitting is a no-brainer.
