SA PU NAMA MOSES

Nina is a vlogger from the capital city - Jakarta. One day she travelled to Sorong-Papua by ferry. When the ship docked in Sorong, one of the porters with a dark face and dark skin offered Nina to carry her bags.
Nina could not refuse, although she was a little suspicious of the porter. She was too tired to carry her own bags.
Amidst her exhaustion and suspicion, the porter disappeared. Nina then struggles with stigmas and assumptions about people from eastern Indonesia, especially Papua.

Director Statement

As a Papuan living near the port of Sorong, I often travel by ferry and witness prejudice against Papuan workers because of their physical appearance. This often happens especially when Papuan workers come into contact with people from outside Papua or from other parts of Indonesia.
I also strongly believe that we can destroy stigma and racism through the power of cinema.
