BLAITE (সালো)

Rashed (25) just finished his education and got into a new job. Every morning after walking up he used to go to his balcony. He sees something one morning that disturbing that was sign of bad luck. He is always attracted to white. One day when he stood in his balcony he noticed a letter in a form of paper plane thrown towards him by Koli(21). He got shaken by the contents of the letter and got intrigued. He noticed of Koli from a different angle. Although Koli was dark but got fascinated by Koli’s look. But Rashed’s mother stood as barrier. Only one son’s wife will be dark was difficult for her to accept. While on his way to office he used to hear lovely songs from a lane. Rashed thought about the song. While walking the zebra crossing seeing the white and black stripes thought that black and white are always next to each other. Rashed goes and stands next to Koli’s door but Koli remains distant to him. Because Koli realizes that Rashed’s mother will not accept Koli as she is dark. Even in her own family there are color discrimination. She suffers from indecision but afterword’s both of them walk together on the zebra crossing side by side. They disappear in the crowd of all the people in the city.
