Ryan Bates is a writer/director based in Los Angeles. After growing up in Santa Cruz, he moved to Southern California to pursue a career in film, graduating in 2007 from CSU Long Beach with a BA in Film Production. His three 16mm short films include Chance, Seven Years, and Kay.
