‘Runway Beyond Limits’ is my call for greater awareness, compassion, and inclusivity for persons with disabilities (PwDs), hoping to spark kindness and understanding toward a journey too often unseen. I want to shed light on every PwD, whether their disabilities are visible or hidden, because we all face the same struggles. I’ve lived it: my disabilities made my childhood tough and integrating into society still isn’t easy. This film’s boy in the wheelchair isn’t just about the chair; he’s every PwD, feeling ostracism’s sting whilst navigating daily challenges our disabilities bring. Yet his story ends in hope, symbolizing we are not defined by conditions but by worth and potential. I always work a hundred times harder than others and miracles do follow so I want to encourage fellow PwDs that purpose, love, and inclusion are possible if we strive for it. I’ve found mine; I want others to know they can too.

AI is omnipresent today, and after ‘Made by Humans with AI’, I dove deeper. Back then, AI was still in its early stages but it’s now evolved enough to create an entire film from my desk. I wanted to test AI’s limits: what it can do, what it can’t, its pros and cons. The wins? Speed and bold visuals. The challenge? Odd outputs. I couldn’t fight the glitches so I shaped the visuals around what worked, turning imperfections into art. This isn’t tech flexing — it’s humans steering AI to tell something deep, embracing the unexpected to make it resonate.

The heart of this film is the PwD journey — mine, theirs, ours — from isolation to belonging. It’s not about wheelchairs or diagnoses; it’s about what we feel: the emotional weight of exclusion and the fight for acceptance. I poured my style into it — deep, artistic, emotional — aiming to make people cry, feel, and wake up. My practical side kicked in too; when AI veered off, I made it better, crafting a narrative that hits harder.

I hope this film wins awards, draws eyeballs, sparks conversations, and spreads awareness. Some PwDs have shared they feel seen through this work, and that, to me, is everything. It ties to ‘Made by Humans with AI’ as a true human-AI collaboration, a sort of sequel in spirit, though the stories stand apart (for now). As Mrs. Singapore Role Model 2024, it’s my platform in action — advocating for inclusivity, raising voices for those often unheard, using media to shift how the world sees us.
