Rosen Spasov has a bachelor degree in ,,Media and journalism’’ from the University of National and World Economy.

Has a master degree in ,,Film and Television Arts’’ from the National Academy of Theater and Film Arts in Bulgaria.

Has a Ph.D. in ,,Screen arts’’ at the Institute of Art Studies in Bulgarian Academy of Sciences.

Currently working as a film expert in the International relations department of the Bulgarian National Film Archive.
