Rose Bianco is an American actress, born and raised in Chicago. She studied Speech & Drama at DePaul University and attended a conservatory style school of acting, The Botteghe Guild formed by Ted Liss. She worked primarily on the stage and industrial films before temporarily retiring to raise children. She now lives in Atlanta and became a working actress in the last ten years through the serendipitous evolution of Atlanta the "Hollywood of the South."

Rose has appeared on Seasons 1-6 of Cobra Kai (Netflix) as Miguel's grandmother Rosa. She has had recurring and significant appearances on such productions as East New York (CBS, Paramount), Minx (Starz), The Tomorrow War (Amazon Prime), and Project Power (Netflix). Upcoming appearances: Sandman s.2; Outcome, a Jonah Hill movie starring Keanu Reeves.

Rose dipped her toe into producing with "Rewind," a scifi action film written and directed by Morgan Szymanski. It was shot in 2023 and is now being submitted into festivals.
