Rose

The show will take place at her families apartment in Brooklyn, NY and at her school. The major events that will take place are her hard life as a 17 year old at home with a single father and 2 siblings, stressful exams and college applications, and not knowing whether or not she’ll be able to attend the hbcu of her dreams. In the midst of all of the hardships, she lives in the rough parts of Brooklyn, NY. She also writes letters about her day to her absent mother, hoping that she’ll find her and be able to give them to her.
