Rosanne Ahyi is a French photographer and filmmaker based in Paris. Self-taught in filmmaking, she embraces slowness and stillness, allowing time and contemplation to shape her images. Her work lingers on the in-between moments—the quiet, unspoken details that often go unnoticed—creating a visual language rooted in patience and sensitivity.
With a background in set design, she is still exploring how space, texture, and atmosphere influence her way of framing. This experience has given her a deep appreciation for composition, but she continues to experiment, searching for new ways to create immersive and emotionally resonant worlds where light, objects, and movement come together organically.
This first film project is a natural extension of her artistic journey—an invitation to slow down, to see beyond the surface, and to find enchantment in the smallest details of the everyday.
