I am Jad Qarmoushé, A story writer and short films director. Studying in the faculty of media, Visual Arts department. I've written many scenarios for documentaries and novels, one of them called "Qotoua or Cuts” and it has been produced with self-financing.
I Also started working as a reporter with a local newspaper and after that I've become a programmer, and interview manager, and participated as a monetier in many films by local directors as well as an author of several sketches for students at the Higher Institute of Dramatic Arts.
Although I applied once for the Higher Institute of Cinematic Arts and twice for the Higher Institute of Theatre but had not been accepted, So I decided to travel to a country that I could find many opportunities in, and it took me to start from the beginning till I could produce a creative content with prose context, as well as theatrical critical attempts that led me to become a newspaper editor at "Elmahatta or The Station" newspaper in Egypt.
I finished recently my first documentary dramatic film "Roof Talk" it's about human subjects that dive deeply in fear, coercing, yearning and satisfying, and other feelings of Syrians life, and show the perspectives of three different characters. I worked on this project as a director, monetier and interviewer and I look forward to producing more of this materials.
