River of Brown Waters
The ‘RIVER OF BROWN WATERS’ is a story of a river Called Ewaso Ngiro in Northern Kenya crosscutting through the pastoralist counties of Laikipia, Samburu, Isiolo and Marsabit.It is a lifeline to a huge number of pastoralists and their livelihood which is pastoralism.It also supports wildlife and the various kinds of lives in its ecosystem.
The river of brown waters documentary, will tell the river’s life through generations and they will speak as the river itself and tell us its history through voices of heritage among pastoralists, its importance and the threats it is facing.In the end a human voices personalises the river and tells us how it feels when all these negatives issues and threats are inflicted and what is its fear as the river.
