Experiencing Interruptions?

Rise

Plans for placing a large (and expensive) sculpture in the middle of a troubled interface between the Nationalist St. James' area and the Unionist Donegall Road area wasn't welcomed by local people - people who's areas were suffering many social and economical issues.
This documentary looks at the creation and legacy of one of the best know landmarks in Northern Ireland, known by some as 'The Balls of the Falls'. Could the Nottingham based, internationally renowned artist, Wolfgang Buttress change the hearts and minds of conflicting areas?
