The Rhode Island Comic-Con Film Festival is a part of the annual Rhode Island Comic-Con held in Providence, RI at the Rhode Island Convention Center. Dubbed the biggest show in the smallest state, the three day event includes many stars from varies pop culture aspects. Along with high profile celebrity appearances, this Comic-Con includes several activities during the three days. Objective – The Rhode Island Comic-Con Film Festival aims to show quality films from around the world. With each year that passes, we look for ways to make the current year festival bigger and better than its previous years. We accomplishment this in part by, listening to the filmmakers and visitors who attend our film festival. We are committed to providing a high level of quality and positive experiences for our filmmakers.

Awards will be presented to those films who get best in their category. Prizes to be determined based on entry fees received.

Submissions - All submissions must include the completed Film Submission Form, the non-refundable designated fee (amount in regards to the proper deadline dates) and two copies of the film. One (1) film submission per form. Filmmakers may submit more than one film, but please use separate film submission forms and separate payment fees. Please feel free to include any kind of publicity material or information regarding the film along with submissions. Submissions do not guarantee festival play.

Please send two (2) DVDs, two (2) Blu-rays or two (2) digital formats for previewing. If you send Blu-rays, please also include a standard DVD. Digital screeners are accepted.

Judging – All entries will be viewed and judged by the Rhode Island Comic-Con Film Festival
selection committee.

Notification – If your film is selected, you will be contacted by phone or email.

All entries and material sent will not be returned. By submitting this form, you are stating that you have read and agree with the guidelines of the Rhode Island Comic-Con Film Festival. All statements you made in this document/form are true, and you certify that you have cleared all rights for this film and understand that no officers, employees, or agents of the Rhode Island Comic-Con Film Festival / Rhode Island Comic-Com can be held liable for the contents of or damage to the film. Submission grants the right to use your film in any way deemed necessary in conjunction with the Rhode Island Comic-Con Film Festival. Your entry into this film festival grants this festival the rights that have been stated in these guidelines.
