Later that year, Doug returned to AMC to produce two documentary specials for “The Walking Dead”.
Doug’s latest feature film “Odd Man Rush” which he co-wrote and directed was released in early 2020. He is currently slated to direct the upcoming feature “Last Day” and is in development on “Three Dog Night”, both films in which he serves as writer and director.
Over the past 15 years Doug has applied his passion for films and music by directing and producing music videos & content for artists such as; The Decemberists, The Frey, We Are Harlot, Theory Of A Deadman, Sir Mix-a-lot, The Dream, Train, We The Kings, Andy Grammer, Haley Knox, Robert Cray, Peggy Young, T-Pain, Hunter Hayes, Austin Mahone, Aloe Blacc and Rayne Johnson.
In 2009, my brother Devin suffered a major stroke. He was left paralyzed on half of his body and had quickly exhausted all the Western Medicine had to offer him. We decided to travel to China to a hospital that was integrating Eastern and Western medicine to treat patients with sever injuries and conditions.
After witnessing firsthand the healing potential of combiningTraditional Chinese Medicine with Western Medicine, I decided to explore the possibilities and the obstacles of implementing this treatment in the west, only to find doctors and practitioners in the U.S. who are at the forefront of changing health care as we know it.
