After its sucessnationaly and internationaly, the second edition of the International Anti-Corruption Film Festival (RIFAC) will take place from the 17th to the 20th October 2019, at the City of Culture in Tunis.
Organized by the National Anti-Corruption Authority (INLUCC), the Festival proposes to use the cinema as a " reflection vehicle " and "critical debate" on the anti-corruption phenomenon. The aim is to raise awareness among the general public to take action daily to abolish corruption.
The 1rst official competition of the festival is open for short films, whether fiction, documentary or animation, made between November 2018 and August 2019, and of a duration that doesn’t overpass 30 minutes.The films must focus on the theme of battling corruption.
The 2nd official competition of the festival is open to journalistic investigative reporting made between November 2018 and August 2019, related the issue of battling corruption.
The 3rd official competition of the festival is open for anti-corruption short film scenarios made between November 2018 and August 2019.
Furthermore, the competitions scheduled during the festival, screenings, and debates, the RIFAC also offers the projection of feature films of international stature, dealing with the theme of battling corruption.

1- SHORT FILMS Competition
Present us a short film and/or a documentary that doesn’t overpass 30 minutes, dealing with battling corruption in whatever form possible.
2- JOURNALISTIC INVESTIGATIVE REPORTING Competition
This contest will select and reward the best investigative reporting on the topic of corruption. Participants are encouraged to be brave and original in order to highlight the presence of corruption and how it can be revealed.
3- SCENARIOS Competition
This competition will select the best of the scenario and reward it. It will be a scenario that deals with the theme of corruption and has the form of a feature film.

Présentez-nous un court métrage et ou, un documentaire d’une durée maximale de 15 minutes, portant sur le traitement de la corruption et ce quel que soit la forme que cette dernière peut prendre.
