I hold degrees in Performing Arts and Social Communication, as well as a master’s degree in Artistic Practices in Visual Arts from the University of Évora. Currently, I am a PhD candidate in Arts at Universidade Nova de Lisboa and a student in the specialization program for actors at Escola do Largo, in Lisbon. My journey also includes teacher training at the National Dance Institute in New York, where I deepened my understanding of the transformative role of art in education.

My connection to the Amazon(where I was born), São Paulo, Lisbon and Paris is a constant source of inspiration, influencing both my creations and artistic approach. I am part of the Las Caboclas collective and one of the co-founders of the Tônus Collective, spaces that allow me to explore meaningful collaborations and bring to life projects addressing social and cultural issues.

I have been exploring the screendance format, with works created in Lisbon, Belém, São Paulo, and Paris, always aiming to connect local narratives with universal themes. I am particularly interested in working with immigrant and refugee communities, delving into the relationship between identity, belonging, and movement.

I believe in simplicity and the power of authenticity as the pillars of artistic creation. To me, art has the ability to transform, connect, and give voice to stories that need to be heard. My focus is on creating works that are beautiful, strong, and impactful, always prioritizing direct engagement with people and their stories.

Living in Lisbon, I continue to develop projects that merge art and social impact, exploring the transformative potential of culture to build bridges between people and narratives.
