This is a love story set in the Fujian Tulou, a World Heritage Site. It tells the poignant and touching love story between a male educated youth named He Wei and a local girl named He Hua. He Hua willingly sacrifices her own happiness to support He Wei's future... This thirty-year-long journey of love spans the vicissitudes of life and builds a rich narrative style. The story unfolds with poetic and picturesque scenes, taking us into a passionate era where behind the lies lies the heart-wrenching tragedy of love. The mysterious Tulou, like loving women filled with compassion, stands guard over their homeland. The distant buildings leave an indelible mark on people's hearts, transforming into totems of love.

Director Biography - Xiang Liu

刘响：毕业于北京电影学院编导专业。曾参与《一个叫许淑娴的人》、《荒原城堡七三一》、《巴士冰棒泡》、《军营晨曲》、《一个水兵的往事》、《针眼儿警官》、《回头是天堂》、《福禄双全》、《小井胡同》、《大盐帮》、《永不回头》、《天脊》、《致命追击》等影视剧拍摄。 
执导影视剧《桃李情深》、《假日玈行》、《神奇屋》、《果园》、《为你等待》，凤凰卫视人物影片《头顶的愿望》、《家庭音乐会》、《童心》等。
编剧：电视剧《桃李情深》、《好梦成真》、《同在蓝天下》，电影《向日葵》、《使命出击》、《云的天空》等。

Liu Xiang: Graduated from Beijing Film Academy, majoring in directing.
