Reiko`s Time

Reiko Pieper, a 44-year-old amateur actor, is more than just a small-town thespian. He's the driving force behind "Senfkorn," a community theater group in a small picturesque village in east Germany. The film introduces us to his daily life and portrays, in a subtle and observational manner, how he and his theater group "Senfkorn" prepare the new play for the summer program.
"Reiko`s Time" is not a classic portrait but a quiet contemplation of the life of a person where the spotlight isn't on fame or fortune but on the enduring impact of art and community.
