Reigna Wren is an emerging black female director and filmmaker and recent graduate from Temple University. Since high school, Reigna has had films and paintings feature in events around the U.S. She has shown work in events such as the White House x SXSL high school film fest; the Scholastics Arts and Writing Awards; the NAACP National Act-So competition; the San Diego Black Film Festival; the Maryland Film Festival, high school category; and most recently, the Very Black Film Fest. On her journey as a filmmaker, she hopes to create realistic, dramatic films that showcase new roles for and represent different perspectives from characters of color.
