Reflections

‘Reflections’ is a short experimental film which explores themes of anxiety and struggles of mental health. The film highlights three personal struggles with mental illness: ‘Panic', ‘Loneliness’ and ‘Self-Image’. The cinematography is supported by a non-diegetic piece of spoken word, further delving into the thoughts and feelings someone faces with mental illness.
