Red Silk Carpet Awards Film Festival 2019 online welcomes you to share your passion and talent to create a new road to travel in the film industry. Winners will be announced on February 17, 2019 in a private event.

INDEPENDENT FILM SHORT
Film must be no longer that 20 minutes. Non-English projects MUST have English subtitles or be dubbed in English.

All films selected for screening will be announced and their information posted on the Red Carpet Concierge Film Festival website prior to the festival and will remain on the website after the festival.

All ACCEPTED films are required to submit an electronic press kit. Production stills must be emailed in time for a web listing and for program schedules.
Filmmakers are encouraged to send weblinks for trailers of their ACCEPTED films (vimeo or youtube) for promotional purposes as part of the press kit.

BEAUTY & FASHION FILM
Film credits may include:
Production team, models, stylist, designer, HMUA’s, products and music that is original or with written permission. Not over 10 to 15 minutes.

All entries must give Red Carpet Concierge Film Festival the rights to use films and photos, and to promote material on the RCCI website and social media. If your film is selected, you will be asked to e-mail a digital press kit.

All submissions must include the NON-REFUNDABLE ENTRY FEE and must be submitted via ONLINE SCREENER through the FILMFREEWAY.COM website (exclusively).

The screening selections are at the sole discretion of the festival judges, directors, and/or programmers, ALL DECISIONS ARE FINAL.

Red Carpet Concierge Film Festival does NOT grant fee waivers. Please, DO NOT ask.

Copies for accepted films/photography will only be accepted as an embedded code.

PHOTOGRAPHY
The selected films will represent the photographer and his outstanding presentation of the value of photography.

This segment of the festival will be directed by Shelley Pekala and her team. Ms. Pekala is the co-director of the state of Michigan and on the Board of Advisors for Red Carpet Concierge International.

The First Annual Red Carpet Concierge Film Festival/Photography Division is launching a call for entries, inviting photographers worldwide to submit their photography in the form of video presentations.
