Rawad Assaf is a Beirut-based director, cinematographer, and drone pilot with a passion for visual storytelling that highlights resilience, culture, and humanitarian issues. As the founder of Rawaa Production, he brings a unique perspective to documentaries, commercials, and motivational films, capturing compelling narratives that bridge the gap between human potential and societal challenges.

With extensive experience in humanitarian and cultural storytelling, Rawad Assaf has worked on projects documenting musicians who remained after the Beirut port-explosion, the role of music and musicans in life that is full of conflicts and how do Artists survive.

An expert in aerial cinematography, Rawad Assaf has operated drones for numerous film and TV projects, including large-scale productions and adventure films. Previously, he worked in Qatar as a drone and robotics manager for Al Kass Sports Channel, refining his skills in high-speed sports cinematography and advanced drone operations.
