Director Statement

Everyone has a something that always scares them and makes them jump, even the ones that seem simple and mundane. This short film is entirely making fun of me, how I’m not scared by most horror films, but yet the toaster going off always gets me. People can read it as other ways though, like how watching a horror film can influence how you act after the viewing, like making you more paranoid.

The film was shot on an iPhone Six using the FiLMiC Pro App, with the Moondog Labs Anamorphic Lens, the Shoulderpod X1, a Rode Videomic, and edited on iMovie.
