Aram Vidal
Award-winning director.
Born in Havana, based in Mexico City since 2009.
Graduated from the directing and screenwriting workshops at the International Film School of San Antonio (EICTV).
His filmography includes Degeneration (Documentary Award at the Havana Film Festival), Relief (Fiction short film awarded at Cannes- best screenplay at Entry 2 Marches), and Bubbles Beat (Brownstone Foundation Documentary Award).
He has directed documentaries and fiction in several countries (Mexico, Tanzania, Colombia, US, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Bolivia), focusing mainly on social and environmental issues, which has led him to collaborate with various international organizations and foundations.
