Orlando J. Cabrera Franco is a cartoonist born in Puerto Rico. He enjoys creating stories suitable for all ages, most notably in the form of comic books and animated shorts.

Director Statement

This short is the result of a passion project 12 years in the making. It was in the year 2010, when I was still in middle school, and I always loved to draw and make comics. A lot of the comics I used to make during that time were mostly fanart of characters I enjoyed watching, until a close friend of mine came to me and asked '''Why don't you create your own original character?'' and that's when Radiation Cat was born.

During all these past years, I've been developing a series of comics starring this character, and always dreamed of one day bringing him to life with the medium of animation. And now, with the completion of this short, it's finally a reality.
