RESISTANZ

The 70minutes film is the outcome of a artistic research on the concept of resistance against divisive developments and wants to be both an encouragement and a call to take an active stand against injustice. Performed by six dancers from the Czech Republic and from the company Sasha Waltz & guests, and eleven musicians the ensemble unitedberlin in the historic venue Zionskirche Berlin, which use to be a secret and safe place for resistance activists in the 1930s and 1980s.
