Director Biography - Iago Gomes

Iago Gomes is a Brazilian filmmaker passionate about telling captivating stories through the language of cinema. Since he was a little boy he recorded short films with his small camera, using his friends and toys to tell different stories.

The passion for cinema came with many hours alone at home. As he spent a lot of time alone and had no siblings, Iago sought comfort in his parents' old VHS, which soon became a DVD.

As a good autodidact, Iago acquired several experiences over the years, dedicating himself to improving his skills in directing, cinematography and screenwriting.
Throughout his career, he has worked on a variety of projects including music videos, short films, documentaries and commercial productions.

Hello! I'm Iago. I am a brazilian filmmaker. I left my country to travel the world in search of new adventures and experiences. I constantly seek to study and expand my creative horizons and explore new cinematographic techniques.

Renowned for my authentic look and thoughtful visual aesthetic, my goal is to touch people with impactful and moving storytelling. With an ongoing commitment to cinematic excellence, I look forward to taking my stories to new heights and continuing to contribute to the evolution of cinema.
