He is a time traveller. There are 3 timelines. 1) Past 2) Present 3) Future . In the Present his friends come to meet him, After meeting While coming back, before he walked up the stairs he goes into the FUTURE and sees himself in a room. And thinks someone is stealing his money(since he was not able to see the face of thief) and he kills him. After Killing he realises that he killed himself and drags the dead body to another room and washes his face and hands. To avoid this from happening again, he goes back in the PRESENT while coming out of the bathroom.
