Due to the devastation caused by a century of conflicts and war, natural resources and the wildlife were nearly eliminated in the Kurdistan region, north of Iraq, hence much wildlife had migrated from the region.
We are as Dengi Sruşt team concerned with the gradual returning of wildlife to the now peaceful Kurdistan region. With this calm and tranquility, mother nature anew provides serine home for many species, fauna and flora.
This REBORN documentary film is mainly concerned with the return of the mighty Egyptian Vulture (Neophron Percnopterus) and the Kurdistan Red Fox (Vulpes Vulpes Kurdistanica). The REBORN film is shot in an unsecure and harsh environment within an area infested by old mines.
