Queer Stories International LGBTQ Film Festival celebrates LGBTQ+ filmmakers, writers, and stories from around the world. We are accepting submissions about LGBTQ+ themes.

Our aim is to celebrate Love and Equality through Cinema and Literature
We accept short films, documentaries, Music videos web series around the theme of LGBTQ. The duration of films should be less than 30 minutes. Best films through all films will be selected as Nominees of categories. Out of official selection from each category, One Film will be awarded as Best Film of the category. Throughout all film categories, Best Director, Best Cinematographer, Best Screenplay, the Best editor will be selected.

Rules & Terms

Your film has to have a queer character and/or queer storyline. In this context, queer means Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Intersex, and Queer.

There is no limit on the number of films that each director or producer can submit.

The maximum length of the film is less than 30 minutes.

No Production year barrier.

Your film has to be in English or must have English subtitles.

The submitter owns all the copyrights.

All entries must have a synopsis, trailer, Poster, and a Press kit with proper Cast Crew Description.

Nominees will get our official laurels.

Winners will get our official laurels and a digital certificate.

All directors and producers give us the right to screen their short films.

All entries will be notified about the selection via email.

All directors and producers allow us to use press materials and trailers from their films for promotional purposes.

Entries can be disqualified if they don't match our submission rules.

We will happily accept films that have been screened elsewhere and online.

Entry fees are non-refundable.

Submitting the film submitter will be agreed with all the rules and regulations of the Queer Stories International LGBT Film Festival.
