Queen City Shorts is a film festival committed to showcasing fun, exciting, epic, and wonderful short films. There is a screening every month so it's never too late to start your love affair with short films.

Once your film is accepted into QCS it will be featured at one of our Monthly Screenings. From there it will be eligible to be nominated for any applicable awards including Audience Choice. All nominated films will be featured at the annual Awards Show & Festival.

The first showcase will take place on January 25th, 2017 at the Creative City Centre in Regina, Saskatchewan. Entry will be $10.00.

All films must be under 30 minutes. Any genre, theme, or country of origin are welcome to submit with the exception of our special recognition awards (LGBT, Indigenous, & Saskatchewan Film). Acceptance into the festival does not mean automatic nomination for the Awards Show & Festival.

    Very cute, small festival that was great for showcasing local talent. I think communication between the festival could have been a bit better, but other than that, I was happy with it.
