QualityRights in Mental Health aims at transforming mental health services and improving the quality of standards in mental health and related services. This is a strategic action towards transforming Mental Health Services and the attainment of Universal Health Care. The QualityRights Kenya secretariat comprises of:

Joy Muhia - QualityRights Kenya co-cordinator; medical psychologist
Brian Otieno, 26 years, from Kenya is an enthusiastic youth advocate on mental health and HIV and the founder of Alfajiri CBO in Nairobi county. He is a B.Sc. Psychology holder from Kenyatta university in Nairobi and believes in mental awareness and gender inclusivity. He is well acknowledged for his continued work of inclusion of men in mental health and SRHR to achieve the UHC targets in his community through use of safe spaces and art.
