The Qhia Dab Neeg Film Festival is the first Hmong film festival in the world. We are in our 9th year of promoting Hmong filmmakers and stories created in collaboration with the Hmong community. The QDNFF has the privilege of uniting Hmong from all parts of the world to share stories from their communities.
Located in the largest Hmong population of any metropolitan in the United States, St. Paul, Minnesota is the home to the Qhia Dab Neeg Film Festival. Take a journey with us as we watch and discover all the special films throughout the Hmong community.
SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION - Programming decisions are made by the festival panel. Selection of films will be notified by August via email or phone.
