Putali Ra Didi Bahini

This is a story of two mischievous young sisters (the elder sister around 6 and the younger around 5 years old). One day, two sisters run away on the way to their school. They meet different people in society and do mischief in various places. They pick up a mannequin boy on the side of the road and their adventure begins. The two sisters enjoy childishly and make nuisances by fiddling with cement and paints at a construction site. They pray the Hindu religious statue of Garuda at the foot of the Himalayas. When they go to the school, they return the mannequin boy to the clothing store owner and say goodbye to the mannequin boy. The adventure is complete.

Director Statement

This is a child-oriented short. It is for the fun for children. It is based on child psychology and the playfulness of young children. I think it's an interesting subject for an international film festival. It has a blend of child psychology, a bit of culture, and a bit of fun. The beautiful archaeological spots of Nepal are covered in the film.
