An idealistic developer teams with a progressive power company in one of America's most conservative states to realize a zero-emissions, 6-story tall, all electric building, for low-income tenants, in the face of the real enemies of sustainability: lack of imagination, red tape, and acceptable apathy in comfortable industries.
