Pulse

A mysterious young man with a sense of derealisation, seeking to bury his past, finds a paralyzed, helpless young cyclist in the woods. The frightened boy begs for help, but the depersonalised young man just watches as he slowly fades away. Feeling dead inside, he absorbs the cyclist's desire to live. In the finale, the young man buries his past in the body of the cyclist, thus regaining his sense of being a living being, part of the ecosystem.
