In order to create awareness and open a dialogue about interculturality with Monterrey's citizenship, this documentary approaches the challenges of those who decide to make Monterrey their new home.

My name is Eugenia Ríos, I completed a degree on Audiovisual Language and Production in Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León, in Monterrey, México. I have six years of experience in the video field, started with weddings, then short films, corporate videos, videos for social media and also promotional videos for theatrical shows, as well as theatrical performances.
Back in 2018 I co-founded Cacatúa Negra Mx, where we deliver high quality comercial audiovisual projects and contribute to society by boing documentaries about contemporary issues.
