Experimental filmmaker from Tehran, Iran. Currently based in the US and studying Master of Fine Arts in Film at University of Colorado Boulder.
By minimizing narrative threads and creating multiple incongruous layers and incorporating different mediums and methods of animation, through which I tried to displace and disrupt the objective view of time, space and reality and create a film that is closer to a time-based painting rather than a film propelled by narrative, with a Brechtian distancing attempted through a non-homogeneous visual form, I try to put our subjectivity under scrutiny.
