After a near-fatal auction, the department learns that Elektra propelled the bidding on a “chandelier bid” with no client behind the line. Through forced smiles and speeches, the department's vulnerabilities reveal themselves, especially for Gwen the department head. With her eyesight beginning to fail, she learns too late too soon that her most important client is selling a fake.
